Little Keepers

The Keeper’s Ministry will be hosting Little Keepers on March 4th. This event is for 3rd-5th grade girls and their mom, aunt, grandma, etc. There will be a craft, snacks, and Lori Merrill will be talking about peace. Join us in Room C-214 from 7-8:30 p.m. Cost is $5 per pair. Tickets are available at the Women’s Kiosk.
Young Married Small Group

Ty and Rebekah Peck are starting a Young Married Small Group in Room C-215 that will target couples between the ages of 25-35 who have children from babies to elementary school. This group will focus on Biblical teaching, building strong relationships and growing in Christ.

The Deacon Helps Team provides assistance to members of our church family such as widows, orphans, shut-ins and single parents who are unable to do these things on their own. Wednesday Prayer
Every Wednesday evening at 6:15 p.m. in the Worship Center you are invited to come and prepare your heart for worship, pray with a friend, or come for elder prayer and anointing for your specific prayer needs. This is a special time where we have seen God directly answer prayers.
The Thrills, Chills and Skills of Embracing Life

A twelve week study, The Thrills, Chills and Skills of Embracing Life, will begin February 28th from 7:30-8:45 a.m. in Room W-105 for anyone, any age interested in a discussion group around life issues. Paul and Mary Burleson will co-facilitate this class where you determine the life issues to discuss. There is no cost but an investment that may prove invaluable. Military Support Ministry

Our troops really appreciated the Christmas packages you sent! You truly demonstrated God’s love to our dedicated men and women. Now let’s minister to them with Easter packages. We need several Small Groups, families, groups, or individuals to adopt the military men and women on the Henderson Hills list. Boxes must be mailed by March 19th to arrive in time for Easter. Call Sherri for more information or to submit names of those who are deployed.

Ministries of Jesus and the Missions ministry are joining forces to host the Marci Wintz Memorial Clinic at Henderson Hills. Physicians are still needed to serve at this clinic. Interpreters will be there to assist. Contact Mark Campbell if you can serve.

High School Tempe, AZ Mission Trip

We are taking a group of High School students on a mission trip to Tempe, AZ March 13th-20th. We will be serving the Church On Mill and the community with work projects and a VBS program. The cost for the trip is $285 with a deposit of $75 due by February 21st. Register at hhbc.com/highschool or with a blue and white registration envelope.
