FLOCK leaders, summer is a great time to encourage your members to reach out to those who have not been to small group in awhile. Plan a FLOCK barbque this summer, invite them to the August 15th Jami Smith Concert, or just make a phone call to let them know you were thinking of them.

Helps Team Ministry
Sandy Rodriguez, 405.513.7555
Do you need help with minor repairs or other ‘handy man’ type work around the house? The Deacon’s Helps Team provides assistance to members of our church family such as widows, orphans, shut-ins and single parents who are unable to do these things on their own. If you have a need, please contact Sandy Rodriguez.

Going Through a Challenging Time?
Sandy Rodriguez, 405.513.7555
Have you experienced a recent death in your family? Have you recently discussed a severe illness with your doctor? Does it appear that divorce is on the horizon? Has the recession caused family turmoil? Do you need a caring Christian to listen and pray with you? If you answered yes to any of these questions, please contact us to learn how Stephen Ministry can help.

GROW

Beyond the Walls and into Their Homes
Sandy Rodriguez, 405.513.7521
Do you know someone who is no longer physically able to worship, study the Bible, or fellowship with us on campus? The Homebound Ministry’s mission is extending the church and its ministry beyond the buildings and into the homes of those unable to attend. If you know of someone who is homebound and would like to have regular visits please call Sandy Rodriguez.

SERVE

Do you speak CPT?
Paulette Limbaugh, 405.513.7453
As Ministries of Jesus continues to grow and seeks to accurately report the value of services provided, the need for someone with CPT Code experience has arisen. This volunteer job can be done from anywhere on your own schedule. Volunteer applications are available online at moj.com/volunteer-donate.

Want to Donate Supplies for School Supply Drive?
Jeff Wilson, 405.513.7551
We will be “Engaging” the Edmond Community again this year by hosting the School Supply Drive on August 11th. If you want to donate supplies, there’s a very inexpensive way to purchase supplies at WeNeedSchoolSupplies.com. This is a website that sells school supplies at a very reasonable price. For more information or if you want to sign up to serve, go to the Gathering Registration Table.

Adopt-A-Student
Craig McClain, 405.513.7550
Would you like to adopt a student by giving them a backpack of supplies? We have a table in the Gathering before and after services where you can sign up to do this. We are also taking registrations for backpacks for our Henderson Hills family that may be in need of supplies for their children grades K-12 this year. Please stop by the School Supply Drive Registration Table today.

D-Team
Daryl Reininger, 405.513.7549
D-Team stands for Discipleship Team who will take 6 months to disciple High School Students that have just received Christ at Beach Week. They will meet at least every other week with a student to help them as they begin their relationship with Christ, learn how to study the Bible, pray, and discover why the church is important. What a great opportunity to help shape the life of a new believer. If you are interested contact the Student Ministry Office.

Facilitators Needed for DivorceCare
Paulette Limbaugh, 405.513.7453
DivorceCare is a very fulfilling ministry by helping people who are going through some of the most devastating times they will experience. DivorceCare works best when facilitated by a male and female team, and both are needed at this time. Commitment consists of meeting weekly from 7:45-9 p.m. for a 13-week period once a year.
