Discovery Classes

Scriptures teach that every member of our church is called to be a minister. In order to better equip those members in their ministries, Henderson Hills has put together the Discovery Series. This consists of a series of classes geared to helping members and guests of HHBC discover: who we are (Discovering Henderson Hills), spiritual maturity (Discovering How to Grow), and their SHAPE for ministry (Discovering How to Serve). If you have not yet been a part of the classes, come as soon as you can!

"Discovering Henderson Hills"

This class helps people to explore the vision and purpose of HHBC, the way we are structured, and how and why we do the things we do. This is a great first step for new members or people wanting to find out more about HHBC.

"Discovering How To Grow"

In this class we take the next step in looking at some of the habits of spiritually mature believers and how to make those habits a part of our lives.

"Discovering How To Serve"

This is where the rubber meets the road, where people come to plug into ministry. We will explore how you can serve and how God wants to use your God-given Gifts, Abilities, Personality, and Experience in ministry.

Registration is necessary for each class. You can register: by clicking on the links for each class listed above, at the Information Kiosk in the Gathering at the church, or by calling 405.513.7551. Childcare is provided for birth-5th grade. Please make your childcare reservations when you register for your Discovery class.
