"Mom Talk was such a blessing to me and, I pray, to the other women
that attended! It felt like we were sitting in our living rooms
chatting about being a mom and all the challenges, blessings and
fun that comes with that. I look forward to meet up again with
other mom's so that we can see where we have been, where we are
going and where we want to be as mom's. It was a great time of
fellowship, encouragement and insight. Many of us have made New
Year's Resolutions to be better moms this year. Here is one great
way you could learn to be a better mom!"

"I went to the first Mom Talk not knowing what to expect and frankly, a bit trepidatious. Sometimes we mothers feel pressure for our children to be 'perfect.' Admitting their mistakes or our frustrations in parenting can leave us feeling like utter failures.
I prayed before Mom Talk that each woman there would feel safe to let her guard down, to speak from her heart and leave encouraged. Our sweet Lord, of course, did not fail. As we moms (some of us meeting for the first time) discussed our struggles, ideas, hopes and dreams for our children, I began to feel instantly bonded to those women.
We all want the same thing for our precious little ones… a life of living for and loving Jesus. Our children will all take different paths to get there and that’s why I’m grateful for this ministry. Mom Talk provides a place for tender understanding, sharing hearts and wisdom and wonderful exhortation. There’s strength in numbers and the Mom Talks are times I will look forward to as I journey in this beautiful calling and season of life."
