Protecting Our Children, Protecting Our Church
Reducing the Risk training is now a mandatory qualification for every person working with Preschoolers, older children, youth, college students and the Ministries of Jesus Ministry at Henderson Hills. A typical RTR training session involves:
- Viewing a 20-minute video
- Reviewing the Reducing the Risk Volunteer Manual
- Participating in a brief discussion
Each participant will be asked to sign the Henderson Hills Baptist Church Resolution Form before leaving the session. Confidential Application forms with a testimony sheet will be provided prior at the session and will need to be returned as soon as possible. Background checks are completed on all volunteers when applications are received.

These Wednesday evening sessions begin at 7:45 p.m. in room W-108 located just off the Gathering area. Childcare is provided. (No reservations required)
