HILLSIDE KIDS MINISTRY ASSISTANT

 

The Hillside Kids Ministry Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Hillside Kids Ministry by managing administrative tasks, coordinating ministry events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a heart for serving children and families.

 

 

FULL-TIME PROPERTY OPERATIONS TEAM MEMBER

 

The Property Operations Team Member is part of a team devoted to providing a comfortable and distraction free environment for HHBC ministries.  This position ensures all facilities are operational and functioning to an exemplary level based on the standards set forth by management.

 

 

CHURCH PLANTING RESIDENT

 

The Church Planting Resident position is designed to holistically equip, evaluate, and send out qualified and pioneering missionary-pastors who are passionate about church planting and discipleship and who are preparing to plant and to serve as the lead pastor of a new church. The Church Planting Resident will gain hands-on experience, spiritual development, and practical training through a residency program focused on building a healthy and reproducing gospel-centered new church.

PART-TIME GRANT & IMPACT STORY WRITER

 

The part-time Grant & Impact Story Writer will play a dual role in advancing the mission of Ministries

of Jesus to secure grant funding and communicate the stories of lives transformed through our work. This role

combines strategic grant writing with compelling storytelling to support both fundraising and communications

efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, experienced in grant writing, and passionate about

sharing meaningful narratives that reflect the ministry’s mission, values, and impact.

 

 

PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - COUNSELING DEPARTMENT

 

The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for all inquiries related to the Counseling

Department at Ministries of Jesus (MOJ). This position requires timely and compassionate response to potential and current clients

via email, phone, and online communication. The role is central to coordinating the counseling intake process, managing the client

waitlist, assisting counselors with scheduling, and supporting administrative tasks. This role blends operational excellence with a

pastoral heart—creating space for hope and healing through both practical service and relational care.
