FAMILY LIFE DIRECTOR
The Family Life Director provides leadership and oversight to the family ministries of Henderson Hills, helping children, students, and families grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. This role focuses on creating a gospel-centered, safe, and engaging ministry environment from birth through twelfth grade while equipping parents and leaders to disciple the next generation. The Family Life Director works closely with staff and volunteers to support the mission and values of Henderson Hills through family ministry.
BOYS MINISTRY ASSOCIATE
The Boys Ministry Associate will help equip the male students at Henderson Hills to love Jesus and live sent. The Boys Ministry Associate will assist in the discipleship and shepherding of male students in the ministry, recruiting, training, and caring for volunteers, and planning and executing Student Ministry events.
CHURCH PLANTING RESIDENT
The Church Planting Resident position is designed to holistically equip, evaluate, and send out qualified and pioneering missionary-pastors who are passionate about church planting and discipleship and who are preparing to plant and to serve as the lead pastor of a new church. The Church Planting Resident will gain hands-on experience, spiritual development, and practical training through a residency program focused on building a healthy and reproducing gospel-centered new church.
