This Fall Henderson Hills has four different offerings for our Wednesday Equipping Nights. Choose from the following...

Table Talks (Location: Activities Center)

Join Pastor John and the elders in the Activities Center for an informal time of Bible study, group discussion, Q&A, and Spirit-led prayer. Topics will vary from week to week. No registration required.

New Testament 1 & 2 (Location: Green Room)

Henderson Hills is partnering with Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary to learn from a world-class team of Biblical scholars. This semester, Dr. Patrick Schreiner, will be our instructor, as he teaches the first five weeks through John and Acts. Then we'll move on to New Testament II which covers the Pauline Epistles, General Epistles, Hebrews, and Revelation. Join our study as we learn how God's grace transforms people and puts them into communities that we call the church.

Women's Bible Study (Location: W-105)
Echo His Heart: A Study of Acts 1-12 | Led by Carol Sallee | Cost $15

Acts is a triumphant story of how the early Christian community in the power of the Spirit saturated their world with the message of God’s salvation in Jesus Christ. Working through these believers, the gospel overcame geographical, social, racial, and religious barriers. Acts describes the early church’s message and ministry, and its life—including its triumphs and trials, the passions that drove it, and the source of power that energized it. In this 8-week study you will be challenged to see the difference between going to church and being the church; and you will be inspired to make your “acts” part of the ongoing story.

Unlocking an Intimate Marriage (Location: W-104)
Led by Mason Phillips, LMFT & Scotty Louderback

"Unlocking an Intimate Marriage" is a small group study for married couples who want to deepen intimacy in all aspects of their relationship. Couples will have the opportunity to discuss in a safe space the tools and strategies measured by research and rooted in God's Word to improve their emotional, spiritual, and physical relationship with each other. This group is ideal for couples who want to take their connection from good to great as each individual also learns a little bit more about themselves.
