A few things to know about Community Groups
During the Corona Virus season our buildings are closed. But, most of our Adult Community Groups are MEETING ONLINE. Childcare is not available and meeting times may be different, but groups are enjoying fellowship, praying and studying God’s Word together all while remaining in their own homes. To find out how to visit an online CG, simply contact the leader of the group you’d like to try. Here is a list of all our groups. If you’re new to HHBC and would like to try our new-comers CG, email Brett Middleton. If you’d like suggestions of other groups to try, contact Kim Rust.
When returning to our building, On-campus groups meet weekly at the following times for all ages:
- Sunday 9:00 am
- Sunday 10:45 am
- Sunday 6:15 pm
Note: Sunday morning High School Students and Special Ministry adults attend community groups at 9:00 am
Sunday morning Middle School Students and University Students attend community groups at 10:45 am
Home Community Groups meet on Sunday and Monday evenings. Times vary slightly. Most groups meet weekly but a few groups meet every other week.
Childcare is available at the church on Sunday evenings (5-7:00 pm) and Monday evenings (6:30-8:30 pm) for those who attend Home Community Groups. There is no charge for this service and children from the ages of birth through 5th grade may attend. Age-appropriate teaching and activities are provided. Some Home Community Groups do welcome children. Feel free to check with the group leader to find out the preference for their particular group.
Adult Community Groups are structured to stay together long-term so that members can walk through many years together.
