We want to be a people compelled by the desire to tell the generation to come of the Lord and His mighty deeds. Because we believe that all Scripture is inspired by God, able to equip for every good work, we strive to come alongside families in their efforts to train their children to become all God wants them to be. We desire to be a fun, welcoming place where children feel safe and loved, earning us the privilege of their trust, so that we may share God's Word which is able to give them the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
All of us on the Hillside Kids team (staff and volunteers) sure miss your Kids! So, we have worked at doing some things that will help us to stay connected to them while providing some resources to you. Here’s what you can look forward to seeing in the days to come:
- Friday, a Discussion Guide will be available for the upcoming sermon. It will include questions and activities that pertain to the Sunday message.
- On Fridays, we will also have all the Hillsdie Kids weekend resources you will need if you are worshiping from home.
- Kelly Wehunt has created Spotify lists for you to listen to some of the music our Hillside Kids may be missing.

VOLUNTEER IN HILLSIDE KIDS
We value volunteers in Hillside Kids! Dozens of energetic adult volunteers help lead and teach alongside church staff members. For some roles, there is a small amount of preparation time required. If you love to work with kids, consider serving in one of these volunteer roles: Class Leader, Assistant Leader, Floater, Substitute Teacher, or Locker Room Listener.
(NOTE: Prior to serving, adults must complete the Reducing the Risk class and submit to a background check.)
