Hands of Hope
"And the King will answer them, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'"
Hands of Hope seeks to care for people in their time of need and embrace every opportunity to share the Gospel through their gifts of kindness and acts of love. This ministry is made up of a group of ladies who make special items to bless people in our community. Hands of Hope meets once a month, but most of the work and prayers for the recipients happen in homes. Projects include crocheting, knitting, sewing, needlework, and more.
Hands of Hope partners with EVE, Hope Pregnancy Center, No Boundaries International, local hospitals, and police departments. Area hospitals are given baby blankets, hats, and special items for those who may have lost a baby. Other ministries are given blankets, sunglass cases, purses, etc.
HANDS OF HOPE meets the last Tuesday of each month (January through October) from 6 - 8 pm in the church office building.
