James has lived in the Middle East and served in various field leadership roles with the IMB since 2004. Currently, he serves as Affinity Group Leader for Northern African & Middle Eastern (NAME) peoples, a role in which he oversees engagement strategies for NAME peoples and the work of 70 missionary teams working among them. James is married to Amy and has four daughters, two of whom are pursuing university studies in the States.
Tony has served with the International Mission Board, among North African and Middle Eastern (NAME) peoples for over 18 years; most of that time has been spent living and working among the peoples of the Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Peninsula. Tony currently serves on the NAME Pathways team, where he works to facilitate the integration of marketplace workers with IMB teams and team strategies.
Larry is the co-founder and Executive Director of The Upstream Collective. He and his family have lived in Europe for the last 15 years, where he has served in a variety of strategy and leadership roles. Prior to moving to Europe, he was a church planter and pastor in the US. He is a co-author of Tradecraft: For the Church on Mission, The First 30 Daze: Practical Encouragement for Living Abroad Intentionally, and The MarketSpace: Essential Relationships Between the Sending Church, Marketplace Worker, and Missionary Team.
