“Glory to the newborn King!” What a confusing phrase. How can that baby be the King? The long-awaited Messiah? Because He’s not just any baby—He’s Jesus, God in the flesh. How does that change our Christmas celebrations, then? It should lead us to worship God more humbly, obey God more boldly, and give more generously—because in Him we already have everything we need. Come hear how that changes us and how we respond to that message on Christmas Eve.
Christmas Eve service times: 3 pm, 4:30 pm, & 6 pm.
We have invitations available for you to hand to friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers in our lobby.
Christmas Eve Baptisms
We will observe the ordinance of baptism during our Chritmas Eve services. If you have a desire to be baptized during one of our Christmas Eve services, or if you have more questions about baptism, Contact Brett Middleton.
Christmas Eve is about celebrating the birth of Jesus with our families, but we know some of our young friends are not ready to sit with family and friends as we celebrate. As a result, classrooms will be open for children through age 2 during all 3 services. Since we have never had 3 services before, can you help us plan by letting us know what service your family is thinking about attending by completing the form at the link below?
If you would be interested in volunteering to help with childcare during one of these services, and you have completed Reducing the Risk, please contact our Hillside Little Kids Director, Julie Lee or our Childcare Director, Stephanie Kendrick.
