Put On the New Self

Colossians 3 calls us to put on the new self, living out the identity we already have in Christ as God’s chosen, holy, and beloved people. Pastor John Wohlgemuth explained that this new life is marked by compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, patience, forgiveness, love, and gratitude all empowered by the Spirit to transform our hearts, relationships, and worship. Whatever we do, in word or deed, we are called to do it all in the name of Jesus, reflecting His character to a watching world.
