About this Sermon...
In 2 Samuel 11–12, David’s sin with Bathsheba reveals the deadly progression of sin and how small compromises lead to devastating consequences when we try to hide rather than confess. Pastor John Wohlgemuth reminded us that while sin always destroys, God in His mercy pursues us, exposes our hearts, and offers forgiveness through repentance. This passage ultimately points to Jesus, the greater Son of David, whose perfect righteousness and sacrificial death make it possible for sinners to be fully cleansed and restored.
