EQUIPPING FUTURE LEADERS
INTERNSHIP
The Internship is a paid, one-year, part-time program open to men and women seeking early hands-on ministry experience and exploration within a church setting. This internship provides valuable exposure to several church departments, equipping participants with practical skills, leadership development, and spiritual growth. A second-year extension may be offered based on performance and ministry needs. Internships are typically open to college juniors and seniors, or those at a similar age/stage of life.
MINISTRY APPRENTICESHIP
The Ministry Apprenticeship is a two-year, full-time, fund-raised program open to men and women who have finished a college degree (or at a similar age/stage of life). It is designed to provide hands-on ministry experience, spiritual growth, and leadership development for individuals exploring a calling to vocational ministry. Apprentices will serve in a specific ministry area while receiving mentorship, training, and theological development. This apprenticeship is a support-raised position through our partnerships with Reliant Mission and the North American Mission Board.
