How do Community Groups grow deep, life-long relationships? Community Groups grow in relational intimacy through sharing life experiences and serving the Lord with one another. “Serving the Lord Together as a Community Group” is one of the Five Purposes of a Community Group.

A Community Group dedicated to serving the Lord Jesus Christ is a unique and distinctive Christian way of living. Community Groups, led by their Missions/Discipleship Coordinator stand united with each other to provide a loving response to others in trouble and crisis. Jesus revealed this unique distinction in Matthew 25:31-46 “as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.”

On Sunday, February 4th Community Group leaders will meet to share a meal together and hear specific ways to Serve the Lord as a Community Group. Attendees will walk away with inspirational stories and discuss opportunities about serving the Lord Together.
