It is our heart to equip and challenge people to "live sent" for the mission of God in obedience to the call He has placed on our lives as believers.
Local
Since God has chosen the local church to be the primary instrument for proclaiming the gospel, we seek to increase missional living through a variety of ministry and training opportunities for our members. We have several ministries in-house and also partner with others outside the walls of Henderson Hills.

Mission OKC
Afghan Resettlement
As over 1,000+ Afghan refugees are being resettled in the OKC metro area, Henderson Hills is welcoming and serving as many refugees as possible. Volunteers are needed for to help with: government paperwork, medical/dental, shopping for food, find long-term housing, transportation, share a meal, English classes, education, and jobs.
To volunteer or to get more information, please email Stacy.
International
Through global missions we seek to fulfill the Great Commission given by Jesus to further His Kingdom around the world. Through both short and long-term opportunities, we work alongside the local church to make disciples, baptize new believers, and further disciple them through evangelism, preaching the Word, ministering to those in need, and encouraging the local believers. We focus on training up, sending out, and supporting those God has called to go long-term all over the world. We currently have partnerships with local churches in Central America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the United Kingdom. Every year we send out teams to serve people around the globe.

Seminary in Nicaragua
Henderson Hills partners with our long-standing ministry in Nicaragua offering a two-year seminary program for Nicaraguan and Honduran pastors. These students are equipped to serve, not only in their local communities, but also to join our efforts around the world as we mobilize them as missionaries.
Adopting a Seminary Student
If you would like to adopt a seminary student in Nicaragua, we ask for you to commit to pray for them, their family, and their work, and support their seminary expenses at $100 per month for two years. Your financial support includes the cost of books, study materials, food, and lodging when classes are in session. Your gift to this effort is tax-deductible.
