Part-Time Hillside Big Kids Associate

The Hillside Big Kids Associate plays a pivotal role in the Hillside Big Kids Ministry by creating a dynamic, Christ-centered environment for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. This role supports the spiritual growth of children by coordinating volunteers, ensuring smooth program operations, and assisting in the planning of engaging events. The associate is also responsible for building relationships with both children and their families, creating a nurturing and welcoming space for all. 20 hours per week. Work hours are flexible except for Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.

Executive Pastor

Under the leadership of the Elders, in conjunction with the Lead Teaching Pastor, the Executive Pastor is responsible for the planning and implementation of HHBC’s mission, vision, values, and strategy. He also oversees all policies and procedures governing the church and the staff. The EP ensures the development, accountability, and organizational health of the staff. Finally, the EP will play an important role in the overall pastoring of the staff and the congregation and to provide spiritual guidance and comfort. These duties are to be accomplished under the leadership of the Holy Spirit in alignment with God’s Word.

Ministries of Jesus Part-Time Dental Director

The primary responsibility of the Dental Director is to provide leadership and direction for all dental services at Ministries of Jesus. The Dental Director should be a dentist that can lead and oversee the clinic’s policies and procedures and is responsible for the assessment, selection, and credentialing of those who volunteer to provide free dental care and clinical services at MOJ. The Dental Director will cast the vision for the clinic and promote leadership within while ensuring efficient, effective, and compassionate care for MOJ patients.

Ministries of Jesus Part-Time Dental Clinic Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Dental Clinic Coordinator is to coordinate all aspects of MOJ’s free, charitable dental services and assist dentists as they provide dental services to MOJ patients. In addition to coordinating the dental department, the Dental Clinic Coordinator will also provide direct patient care and be able to perform the work of either a Registered Dental Assistant or a Dental Hygienist, with require professional credentials.
